● Non-refundable fares
- Changes: $20.00 per direction, per passenger, plus any fare difference.
- Cancel 48 hours or more before the flight: 20% cancellation fee.
- Cancel within 48 hours, including the day of travel: 50% cancellation fee.
- No-show: 100% of the payment for that segment is forfeited, with no credit given.
- Name change: $20.00 per passenger.

Not showing at the counter before the check-in time results in the No-Show policy being applied. VAL is not responsible for expenses resulting from missed departures or connecting flights.

● Pets
- Accepted: domesticated cats, dogs, rabbits and household birds, accompanied by the passenger.
- Only one pet or service animal is permitted per aircraft. Up to two animals from the same household are allowed if space permits.

● Service animals
- Trained service dogs accompany passengers with a disability at no additional charge. Reservations are recommended.
- The U.S. DOT Service Animal Air Travel Form is required. For travel booked 48 hours or more ahead, send it in advance to contact@valairlines.com.
- Emotional support animals travel as pets, under the pet policy.

UMNR fee$25Per flight, per passenger, in addition to the airfare. Reserve 48 hours in advance.
- The UMNR Form is completed at booking, with valid photo IDs of the responsible adults at departure and arrival.
- The adults delivering and receiving the minor must both be 18 or older and present valid photo ID.
- Unaccompanied minors are not allowed on the last flight of the day, and cannot travel with pets.
