Vieques Air Link is committed to delivering a safe, reliable and pleasant flight experience. Our Loyalty Program rewards passengers who consistently choose us as their preferred air connectivity provider.
Purpose
The Loyalty Program is designed to strengthen customer relationships, increase brand loyalty, and reward frequent travelers. Membership is completely free and provides benefits based on accumulated travel segments.
Definitions
Frequent Traveler: A passenger who enrolls in the program and accumulates points per completed travel segment.
Participant: An individual 18 years or older who completes registration and is accepted into the program.
Points: Units accumulated per completed segment, redeemable for free travel awards.
Awards: Free flight segments obtained by redeeming accumulated points.
Membership & Registration
- Open to individuals 18 years and older.
- Registration requires: Name, Address, Phone, Email, and Password.
- Points are credited individually, not to companies.
- Membership becomes effective immediately upon acceptance.
- Profile updates can be made through the online portal.
Point Accumulation
Points are awarded per completed travel segment (not per reservation).

- 60 bonus points are awarded upon registration.
- Claims must be made within 15 days of travel.
- Points have no monetary value and are non-transferable.
- Points expire after 24 months.

Free tickets are subject to seat availability. Points are automatically deducted upon redemption. The account holder must travel when redeeming for a companion.
Terms & Conditions
- Membership is free.
- Points are awarded for completed travel only.
- Points are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Vieques Air Link may adjust balances credited in error.
- Fraudulent use may result in cancellation of membership.
- Points cannot be inherited.
- The program may be modified or terminated with 30 days notice.
